Scuppers must be fully wrapped with Duradek to prevent any separation of materials that could cause major leaks.

Posts should be wrapped up higher than potential waterline to avoid water seeping in.

The door sill gets wrapped with Duradek above the height of the door, then the door is installed in a good bead of caulking.   No chance of leakage!

Our PVC Coated drip edge makes for a beautiful finished edge.   The vinyl gets welded to it making for a seamless finish.

All our steps are made of 2″ thick Engineered lumber, guaranteed not to warp or cup.   The LVL’s are ground smooth, then wrapped with Duradek.
